County Administrator James E. Chandler advised of a typographical error on the agenda. <br />The title of the item should read "Wastewater Interconnect" not "Water Interconnect". <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY Commissioner <br />Macht, the Board unanimously awarded Bid #7051 to Florida Design <br />Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $522,253.43, as recommended in the <br />Memorandum. <br />BID/CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ARE ON FILE IN THE <br />OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />11.G.1. FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILWAY COMPANY - <br />BLANKET LICENSE UTILITY CROSSING AGREEMENT <br />(DEFERRED FROM JUNE 10, 1997) <br />County Administrator James E. Chandler reviewed a Memorandum dated June 3, 1997 <br />and explained why the item was deferred. <br />TO: James E. Chandler, <br />County Administrator <br />FROM: James W. Davis. June 3, 1997 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />During the April 15, 1997 meeting of the Board of County Commissioners, staff was <br />directed to request the FECRR Company to waive the 16th Street and 12th Street storm <br />sewer pipe crossing fees since the drainage mutually benefits the County and the <br />Railroad.
