He has requested a total of $15,898.57. On March 22, <br />1994 the Board approved subletting of the consultants services <br />agreement, which was originally with Lloyd & Associates to R. Wayne <br />Westerman & Associates. The ot-iginal contract amount was for <br />$226,956.00, there were four amendments bring the contract amount <br />to a total of $272,775.32. The consultant is requesting a final <br />payment and release of retainage in the amount of $15,898.57 which <br />would bring the total paid under this Engineering Services Contract <br />to $270,394.25, which is less than the contact with the four <br />amendments, because the County provided some of the traffic design <br />services, in house, for its' own convenience to reduce the time to <br />get the project to bid. <br />JULY 19 1997 <br />d <br />
