Boa 101 PAGE 0757 <br />ANALYSIS <br />The Agreement states that the Indian River County Department of <br />Utility Services shall provide temporary water service to Mr. and <br />Mrs. Schlitt until such time that a water line may be constructed <br />on DeRosa Road by assessment. They agree to pay all fees required <br />to make this connection. They further agree to participate in the <br />assessment and to reconnect to this water line as required by the <br />Indian River County Department of Utility Services. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners approve the attached Agreement with Mr. and <br />Mrs. Schlitt on the Consent Agenda. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED by Commissioner <br />Macht, the Board unanimously approved the Agreement with <br />Christopher P.
