(See Attached <br />Department Memo). <br />Bid package submitted by the sole bidder is complete and is in <br />accordance with the terms and conditions of the specifications in the <br />Invitation to Bid. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously awarded Bid #7060, <br />in the amount of $58,640.00, to Summerlin Seven Seas, as <br />recommended in the Memorandum. <br />H. "Sonrry"Dean, Directo4. <br />Department of General Services <br />Subject: Annual Videotaping Contract with School District <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Since 1994 the School District has been videotaping various meetings for the Board of County <br />Commission. The contracts for this service has been on an annual basis and there has not been a change <br />in terms since inception. <br />The School District has submitted a proposed contract for the period of September 1, 1997, through <br />August 31, 1998.
