McCoy, AICP �� 6M <br />Senior Planner, Current Development <br />DATE: July 30, 1997 <br />SUBJECT: Indian River Club Ltd.'s Request for Final Plat Approval for Indian River Club <br />Plat 5 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its regular meeting of August 5, 1997. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDMONS: <br />On January 23, 1997, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved the proposed preliminary plat <br />for Indian River Club Plat 5. The subject site is located within the Indian River Club project at the <br />northwest corner of6th Avenue S.W. and 23rd Street S.W. The approved preliminary plat provides <br />for an access road and 21 single family lots. The submitted final plat is consistent with the approved <br />overall conceptual PD plan for the Indian River Club project and the approved preliminary plat. The <br />applicant has now submitted for final plat approval for Indian River Club Plat 5. <br />ANALYSIS• <br />The owner's agent, Masteller, Moler & Associates, Inc., is requesting final plat approval and has <br />submitted the following: <br />1. A final plat in conformance with the approved preliminary PD plat; <br />2. A completed Contract for Construction of Remaining Required Improvements, <br />3.
