The idea for this <br />educational endeavor originated from the <br />Florida Association of Counties Long Range <br />Plan, adopted by the EAC general a, <br />membership in June, 1995. M <br />Certification requirements for this 2 -year E c 0 � uw <br />program include twenty-four hours of core � 0 to <br />curriculum and six hours of continuing a .1 W N m <br />education for a total of thirty hours. E c <br />"County Government Services" is the second v r <br />six (6) hour core curriculum course offered by u <br />the Foundation. This workshop is designed <br />to help county commissioners understand the U <br />state agency process and how it relates to �. <br />local government. It will broaden their <br />knowledge of county government form and vE <br />C <br />function, both past and future. o w 2 <br />Commisionsers will also learn abut the o <br />process of the 1998 Constitution Revision w <br />Commission and its possible impact on C 0to <br />0 <br />county government.
