BGOK 102 FACE 203 <br />WHEREAS, Rule 9G-6.006(9), F.A.C., requires that after <br />determination by the DIVISION that the COUNTY's plan is in <br />compliance, that the COUNTY approve a resolution officially <br />adopting the CEMP for Indian River County; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the <br />1997/1998 Indian River County CEMP, as approved by the <br />DIVISION, is hereby adopted. The resolution was moved for <br />adoption by Commissioner Adams and the motion <br />was seconded by Commissioner Marht , and, upon <br />being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Vice -Chairman John W. Tippin Aye <br />Commissioner Fran B. Adams Aye <br />Commissioner Caroline D. Ginn Aye <br />Commissioner Kenneth R.
