CHANDLER <br />COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR <br />FROM: JAMES W. DAVIS, P.E. <br />INTERIM DIRECTOR OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />PREPARED JAMES D. CHASTA <br />AND MANAGER OF ASS PROJECTS <br />STAFFED BY: DEPARTMENT OF ITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND MARJORIE GRANLING <br />Marjorie Gramling has requested that temporary service be <br />installed from the water line on 47th Street and 51st Court to <br />service her property at 4620 52nd Court, Vero Beach, Florida <br />32967 prior to the installation of a water main on the (47th <br />Street) easement. <br />The Agreement states that the Indian River County Department of <br />Utility Services shall provide temporary water service to Mrs. <br />Marjorie Gramling until such time that a water line may be <br />constructed on the (47th Street) easement by assessment. She <br />agrees to pay all fees required to make this connection. She <br />further agrees to participate in the assessment and to reconnect <br />to this water line as required by the Indian River County <br />Department of Utility Services. <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners approve the attached Agreement with Mrs. <br />Marjorie Gramling and authorize the chairman to execute same. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board (by a 4-0 vote, Commissioner <br />Ginn absent) unanimously approved the Temporary Water <br />Service Agreement with Marjorie Gramling and authorized the <br />Chairman to execute same, as recommended by staff. <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />AUGUST 19, 1997 <br />
