Thompson, P.E. <br />Capital Projects Manag rr <br />SUBJECT: Round Island Park, Riverside, Phase II <br />Change Order No. 2 and Release of Retainage <br />DATE: August 19, 1997 <br />Construction of the footbridge, observation tower and fishing pier at Round Island Park <br />Riverside has been completed. Attached is Change Order No. 2 and the Final Application <br />for Payment. <br />Change Order No. 2 provides for applying preservative treatment to the tops of all piling <br />at a cost of $300. This added to the current contract amount of $81,228.40, results in a <br />new contract amount of $81,528.40. <br />REC <br />Staff recommends the following action be taken: <br />1. Approve Change Order No. 2 <br />2.
