BOOK <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 97-083 formally accepting the roads and <br />easements for utility purposes only in West Meadows <br />Subdivision, as recommended in the Memorandum. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97- 83 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />FORMALLY ACCEPTING THE ROADS AND EASEMENTS <br />FOR UTILITY PURPOSES ONLY IN WEST MEADOWS <br />SUBDIVISION. <br />U PAGE 425 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County is in the process of installing water lines in West <br />Meadows Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with this project, it is necessary for the County to <br />install its water lines in certain utility easements in West Meadows Subdivision, as <br />recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 82, of the public records of Indian River County, <br />Florida; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board hereby <br />formally accepts for utility purposes only the roads and easements, or any part thereof, <br />as offered to the County in the Certificate of Dedication shown on the plat of the above - <br />referenced subdivision. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Ginn , and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner A d a m s , and, upon being put to a <br />vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Carolyn K.
