ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted the <br />tentative budget of $1,630,499 for the Environmentally Sensitive <br />Land Acquisition Bond, as recommended by staff. <br />6. SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT BUDGET (NON -AD <br />VALOREM SPECIAL DISTRICT) <br />Administrator Chandler announced that the proposed 1997/98 charges for the Solid <br />Waste Disposal District are $49.32 per Residential Waste Generation Unit (RGU) ($78.91 <br />House) and $35.64 per Commercial Waste Generation Unit (CGU). <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in <br />this matter. There being none, she closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously adopted the <br />tentative budget of $7,491,504 for the Solid Waste Disposal <br />District, as recommended by staff. <br />7. ADOPTION OF NON -AD VALOREM ASSESSMENT CHARGES <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in <br />this matter.
