7.H. COUNTY'S TAX DEED SALESAPPLICATIONS <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of September 3, 1997: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Lea R. Keller, CLA, County Attorney's Office <br />THRU: Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE: September 3, 1997 <br />RE: County's Tax Deed Sales Applications <br />On June 17, 1997, the Board of County Commissioners approved the County paying <br />certain costs to the Tax Collector in connection with some tax certificates that were <br />eligible for tax deed applications. <br />We were recently advised by the Clerk of the Courts that as part of the process of <br />transferring the title to the County, the sum of $605.87 is due (as broken down on the <br />attached two itemizations). <br />Requested Action: Staff recommends the Board approve the payment of the <br />requested amount to the Clerk of the Circuit Court <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved the <br />payment of the sum of $605.87 to the Clerk of the Courts, <br />pursuant to recommendations by staff. <br />SEPTEMBER 16, 1997 <br />„ d- <br />
