Commissioner Ginn wondered how this would apply to properties for which the State <br />is holding title, and Community Development Director Bob Keating responded that this <br />matter relates to all of the lands. <br />Commissioner Ginn asked about security fencing of the property, and Director <br />Keating responded that they would rather not do it, but in some cases fencing is necessary <br />to prevent illegal dumping on the properties.
