RESOLUTION NO. 97-108 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, that: <br />1. The dedication of right-of-way as described in O.R. Book 1171, at <br />Pages 1821-1822 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, is <br />hereby accepted; and <br />2. Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the <br />following described lands, which were acquired for right-of-way from Kruger <br />Construction Corp., a Florida corporation are hereby cancelled pursuant to <br />the authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br />See attached Warranty Deed describing lands, <br />recorded In O.R. Book 1171 at Pages 1821-1822, <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner A d a in s . and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner T i p p i n , and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Carolyn K Eggert, Chairman Aye <br />John W.
