O'Brien - Assistant County Attorney 9" <br />DATE: October 2, 1997 <br />SUBJECT: Payment of Special Assessments <br />As part of an ongoing effort to collect past due special assessments, this office <br />in coordination with the Tax Collector has been contacting delinquent accounts. <br />One of the methods of collection was to establish a voluntary payment schedule. <br />This has resulted in eight "full" payments and two partial payments. The "full" <br />payments reflect payment in accordance with the established schedules but are <br />OCTOBER 14, 1997 18 <br />
