<br />hearing set for 9:05 a.m. on Tues-
<br />day, October 28, 1997 at the
<br />County Commission Chambers in
<br />the County Administration Building,
<br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, FL
<br />32960, to discuss a proposed res-
<br />olution relating to a special assess-
<br />ment project for water in Indian
<br />River County, Florida, for the
<br />INSTALLATION OF A WATER
<br />MAIN TO THE FLORAVON
<br />SHORES SUBDIVISION and pro-
<br />viding for special assessment liens
<br />to be made of record on the prop-
<br />erties to be served.
<br />Interested parties may appear at
<br />the meeting and be heard with
<br />respect to the proposed special
<br />-assessment. Anyone who wants to
<br />inspect any proposed documents
<br />may do so at the Utility Services
<br />Department; 1840 25th Street,
<br />Vero Beach, FL.
<br />Anyone who may wish to appeal
<br />any decision which may be made
<br />at this meeting will need to ensure
