BOOK 1-03 PACE 20 IL <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously adopted Resolution <br />No. 97-136 confirming the special assessments in connection <br />with a water main extension to Floravon Shores Subdivision <br />(110" Street) and providing for special assessment liens to be <br />made of record. <br />Public Hearing (Third Reso.) 8/97(re9ok129th)vk/Dc <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97- 136 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />CONFIRMING THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN CONNECTION <br />WITH A WATER MAIN EXTENSION TO FLORAVON SHORES <br />SUBDIVISION (110TH STREET); PROVIDING FOR SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT LIENS TO BE MADE OF RECORD. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by <br />Resolution No. 97-110, adopted October 7, 1997, determined to make special <br />assessments against certain properties to be serviced by a water main extension to <br />Floravon Shores Subdivision (110th Street); and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said special <br />assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published in the Vero Beach Press Journal, as <br />required by Section 206.04, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed <br />Resolution No. 97-111 on October 7, 1997, and set a time and place for a public <br />hearing at which the owners of the properties to be assessed and other interested <br />persons would have the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints as to said <br />project and said special assessments, and for the Board to act as required by Section <br />206.07, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was published in <br />the Press Journal Newspaper on Friday, October 10, 1997, and once again on Friday, <br />October 17, 1997 (twice one week apart; the last being at least one week prior to the <br />hearing), as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br />1A/y�R��CtF+c IMrj� n���norc of rnnnr� ���r�r� iiic"%ii�Gl iivti�.`a.S at icciSt ic'�.ii days pier <br />to the hearing, as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County on <br />Tuesday, October 28, 1997, at 9:05 a.m. conducted the public hearing with regard to <br />the special assessments; <br />24 <br />OCTOBER 28, 1997 <br />
