ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously ratified the <br />action of the Chairman in signing the Amendment concerning <br />the Irwin LAAC Purchase Option Agreement, approved two <br />additions, and found that it serves a County purpose, as <br />recommended in the Memorandum. <br />AMENDMENT TO OPTION AGREEMENT IS <br />ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />7.L. Release ofDrainage Easement <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum dated November 7, 1997: <br />TO: The Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: V4,, William G. Collins II - Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: November 7, 1997 <br />SUBJECT: Release of Drainage Easement <br />On September 25, 1997 the Planning and Zoning Commission approved a site <br />plan for Glendale Trade Center, Inc., mini -storage facility. <br />The condition of site plan approval was that prior to site plan release the <br />applicant secure the necessary approval to re-route the drainage facility that <br />runs along the eastern portion of the site to the western portion of the site, <br />including the recording of an easement to the County for the new drainage <br />facility location. Our office has received and sent for recording the necessary <br />easements from Glendale Trade Center, Inc. and Knight and Mathis, Inc. to re- <br />route the drainage easement as desired by the Public Works Department. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />In consideration of the grant of the new drainage easement as required by the <br />Public Works Department, authorize the Chairman to execute the attached <br />release of the previously recorded drainage easement. <br />31 <br />NOVEMBER 18, 1997 <br />BOOK 103 PAGE 473 <br />
