KINGS HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS - AGREEMENT <br />WITH INDIAN RIVER COMMUNITY COLLEGE - RELOCATION OF <br />WATER LINES <br />Public Works Director James Davis stated this was a "monumental agreement" before <br />them. There had been a lot of hard work by Terry Thompson and the engineers conducted <br />over the past few months.
