US -97 -21 -CS <br />BACKGROUND and ANALYSIS <br />On September 10, 1996 the Board of County Commissioners approved the 96/97 Fiscal Year <br />Budget which included the above -referenced project.. On September 9, 1997, the Board of <br />County Commissioners approved the above -referenced Award of Bid to Treasure Coast <br />Contracting to rehabilitate the following wet well lift stations:. <br />#131, Vista #1 <br />#192, Sebastian #2 <br />#180, Sebastian Middle School Main <br />#132, Vista Gardens <br />#166, State Road 512 <br />Attached is a proposed agreement setting forth the conditions and scope of services to be <br />provided. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of County <br />Commissioners approve and execute the attached contract as presented. <br />QdelJ rte. �mr_�J <br />Attachments <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved the <br />proposed Agreement with Treasure Coast Contracting, Inc. and <br />authorized the Chairman to execute same, as recommended in <br />the Memorandum. <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />56 <br />NOVEMBER 18, 1997 <br />
