TANASE OFFICE BUILDING - CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF <br />REQUIRED SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS AND CASH DEPOSIT AND <br />ESCROWAGREEMENT (SRMA-6L9, --3 <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of November 13, 1997: <br />TO: The Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: jpL William G. Collins II - Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: November 13, 1997 <br />SUBJECT: Tanase Office Building/SP-MA-88-05-33A <br />Contract for Construction of Required Sidewalk Improvements and <br />Cash Deposit and Escrow Agreement <br />As a condition of the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the referenced <br />site plan, the developer, John C.Tanase, has executed a Contract for <br />Construction of Required Sidewalk Improvements, agreeing to install the <br />required sidewalk improvements within two years from the issuance of a <br />Certificate of Occupancy. Mr. Tanase has also executed a Cash Deposit and <br />Escrow Agreement and posted with the County $3,979.00, which represents <br />115% of the estimated cost to construct the sidewalk improvements. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Authorize the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners to execute both <br />the Contract for Construction of Required Sidewalk Improvements and the Cash <br />Deposit and Escrow Agreement. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Macht, the Board <br />unanimously approved the Contract for Construction <br />of Required Sidewalk Improvements and the Cash <br />Deposit and Escrow Agreement with John C.
