BOOK 103 PAGE bA <br />After further discussion, Chairman Eggert announced that a CONSENSUS was <br />reached to increase the setback to 300 feet. (CLERK'S NOTE: SEE MOTION ON <br />PAGE 21.) <br />The Chairman asked if anyone else wished to be heard in this matter. There being <br />none, she closed the public hearing. <br />1(6). VEHICLES ANCILLARY TO OFFICE USES (CHAPTERS 911 AND 917) <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard <br />in this matter. <br />Commissioner Adams questioned whether this change will affect the Council on <br />Aging, and Director Boling advised that they are located in a commercial district. <br />Connie Gates of 9707 US# 1 questioned whether other transportation services <br />would be included, such as fait hauling trucks, and Director Boling responded that type <br />of vehicle is not allowed in a residential area. <br />Commissioner Ginn questioned whether 3 or 4 community coaches would be <br />allowed, and Director Keating advised that mini -vans would be allowed. <br />Chairman Eggert asked staff to make certain the change would not affect the <br />Council on Aging. <br />Ms. Gates then expressed her concern that a construction office could maintain an <br />office with large vehicles such a dump trucks going in and out of the area several times <br />during the day, and Director Boling responded that use would not be allowed in a <br />residential area. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone else wished to be heard in this matter. There being <br />none, she closed the public hearing. <br />2.
