G. <br />Appointment of Caroline <br />Ginn <br />to Emergency Outreach Board and <br />Acceptance <br />of Ken Macht's Resignation <br />from Same <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously accepted <br />Commissioner Ken Macht's resignation from the Emergency <br />Outreach Board and appointed Commissioner Caroline Ginn to <br />same. <br />Chairman Eggert commented that this resignation/appointment request had not been <br />handled according to general procedures. She explained that this should have come to her <br />first, as Chairman, for her option as to the appointment of a replacement. Further, she was <br />unaware that Commissioner Macht had resigned.
