1. That plans be revised to relocate foundation plantings from the rear of the convenience <br />store/restaurant to the front of the building, to provide additional planting area along the front <br />of the store, and to provide a concrete wall to satisfy the 6' opaque feature along the north <br />property line. <br />2. That prior to PD plan release, the applicant shall provide traffic engineering with SR 60 <br />improvement plans that have been approved by the FDOT. <br />3. That prior to the issuance of any certificate of occupancy (C.O.): <br />a. The Type "C" buffer and opaque feature along the north property line shall be <br />completed. <br />b. The 8' bikepath along the project's SR 60 frontage shall be completed, and approved <br />by FDOT and county engineering. <br />C. All off-site traffic improvements are completed, and approved by traffic engineering. <br />d. The plan and construction shall meet all aspects of the SR 60 corridor plan. <br />4. That prior to or via the final plat, access easements to the adjacent properties shall be <br />provided in accordance with the interconnected parking improvements depicted on the <br />approved conceptual site plan. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />1.
