<br />scheduled meeting on Tuesday,
<br />December 9, 1997 at 9:00 a.m. al
<br />the County Commission Chambers,
<br />1840 25th St., Vero' Beach, FL

<br />the issuance considby the Housing
<br />Finance Authority. of Escombio
<br />County, on behalf of Indian River
<br />County and other participating
<br />counties, of not exceeding
<br />'70,000,00.00 Single Family Mort.
<br />gage Revenue Bonds.
<br />The proceeds of such bonds will
<br />be used to finance the purchase of
<br />single family residences to be occu.
<br />Pied primarily by first-time home.
<br />buyers of moderate, middle or
<br />lesser income within Indian River
<br />County and various other counties
<br />in the State of Florida.
<br />The bonds will not constitute a
<br />debt of the State of Florida, Indian
<br />River County, or other participating
<br />counties or Housing Finance
<br />Authorities, but will be payable
<br />solely from payments made from
<br />the revenues generated from the
<br />housing program.
<br />All persons are advised that, if
<br />they decide to appeal any decision
<br />made at this meeting, they will
<br />need a record of the proceedings,
<br />and for such purpose, they .may
<br />need to ensure that a verbatim
<br />record of'the proceedings is made,
<br />which record includes the testimony
<br />and evidence upon - which. the
<br />appeal is to be based.
<br />All interested persons are Invited
<br />to present their comments at the
<br />time and place set forth above.
