Keller, CLA <br />Legal Assistant <br />County Attorney's Office <br />DATE: January 8, 1998 <br />RE: Costs for 2 County Tax Deed Applications <br />On June 17, 1997, the Board of County Commissioners approved the County paying certain <br />costs to the Tax Collector in connection with the sale of certain tax certificates that were eligible <br />for tax deed applications. <br />We were recently advised by the Clerk of the Court that, as part of the process of transferring the <br />title to the County, the sum of $518.78 is due (as shown on the attached itemizations). <br />Requested Action: Board approve the County paying the requested amount to the Clerk <br />of the Circuit Court. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously approved paying <br />the amount of $518.78 to the Clerk of the Circuit Court, as <br />requested. <br />Z G.
