She thought they would find that just one or two departments would <br />be affected and everybody else would get waivers, which she thought that was totally unfair. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED <br />BY Commissioner Ginn, to table this proposed ordinance until <br />the Attorney General has rendered a decision. <br />Under discussion, Vice Chairman Macht suggested inserting "or County <br />Commissioner" after employee in the first line of a). <br />Commissioner Eggert felt that none of the elected/constitutional officers should be <br />involved in it because, once again, it affects one group but not other equal groups. <br />Commissioner Adams agreed "or County Commissioner" should be included because <br />a Commissioner should not ask anyone else to do something that the Commissioner is not <br />willing to do. <br />Commissioner Eggert agree with that. She thought that was something that could also <br />be asked of the Attorney General. As an outgoing Commissioner, she pointed out that she <br />could come back to the Board as an individual and would have just as much effect as by <br />coming with a company. <br />ADDED TO THE MOTION to table for an Attorney General <br />opinion by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Ginn, was "or County Commissioner" after <br />employee in the first line of a). <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />11.A.
