UW -94 -03 -WC <br />On October 1, 1996, the Hoard of County Commissioners approved a <br />contract with Wharton -Smith, Inc., for the above -referenced project. <br />(See attached agenda item and minutes.) The contractor in November <br />1997 requested a retainage reduction from in to 5w. While the <br />contract documents do not specifically allow for this, the Utilities <br />Department will allow this with concurrence from the engineer.
