3. The Main Library has received $8,598 in donations and the North County Library $2,665 in <br />donations. The attached entry appropriates funding. <br />4. The Indian River County Library received State Aid in the amount of $231,700 for fiscal year <br />1997/98. Budget staff had estimated $180,000. This entry appropriates the $51,700 additional <br />state aid. <br />5. At the December 9, 1997 Board of County Commissioners meeting the Board approved <br />amending the Sheriffs budget by $115,920 for the November 1997 Broward prisoner revenue. <br />6. At the January 20, 1998 Board of County Commissioners meeting the Board approved amending <br />the Sheriffs budget by $130,335 for the December 1997 Broward prisoner revenue. <br />7. At the Budget Workshop the Board of County Commissioners approved increasing the Clerk of <br />Circuit Courts budget by $43,816 for the 1997/98 fiscal year when the Clerk returned excess fees <br />for the 1996/97 FY. The attached entry appropriates the funds. <br />8. The Utility Department has Road and Bridge Department do pavement patching on their behalf. <br />They reimburse Road and Bridge for the cost of these repairs. <br />9.
