(See <br />Department Memo.) <br />In addition, staff also requests Board approval of the attached Agreement, as to form, when all <br />requirements are met and approved by the County Attorney. <br />Commissioner Ginn questioned the bid, and General Services Director H. T. "Sonny" <br />Dean advised that the low bidder had been called about the difference in the bids and had <br />stated that this is his slack time, he has the necessary equipment and has checked his figures <br />to be sure he can do the job for that price. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously <br />awarded Bid #8035 to Kimmins Contracting in the <br />amount of $14,325 and approved the Agreement, as <br />to form, when all requirements are met and approved <br />by the County Attorney, as recommended by staff. <br />DOCUMENTS WILL BE ONFILE INTHE <br />OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />FEBRUARY 10, 1998 <br />WHEN EXECUTED AND RECEIVED <br />-21- <br />
