Rollins <br />DATE: February 11, 1998 bit/wmn/Ro11ns58 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The property owner has executed a contract at a price of $16,900 per acre for the A-1 <br />zoned land. This price per acre is comparable to other similar A-1 parcels the County has <br />purchased within the market area based upon appraisals or evaluations. <br />The contract price is $10,140.00 based on a total of .60 acre as determined by the legal <br />description.
