The final assessment is as follows: <br />Preliminary Estimates <br />Final Cost <br />$ 43,891.76 -100% <br />$ 35,453.74 -100% <br />$ 32,918.82 - 75% <br />$ 27,122.11 - 75%* <br />5.91 Acres <br />5.91 Acres <br />$ 5,570.02 /per Acre <br />$ 4,589.19 /per Acre <br />* This figure includes 2% Tax Collector's fee <br />The final assessment roll has been prepared and is ready to be delivered to the Clerk to the Board. <br />Assessments are to be paid within 90 days or in 2 equal installments, the first to be made twelve <br />months from the due date and subsequent payments to be due yearly from the due date at an interest <br />rate of 8'/z% established by the Board of County Commissioners. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Since the final assessment to the benefitted owners is less than the preliminary assessment roll, the <br />only alternative presented is to approve the final assessment roll. <br />February 17, 1998 <br />29 <br />
