Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE: February 25, 1998 <br />RE: Budgeted Item <br />In our 1997-98 office budget we were approved for $600 to purchase a facsimile <br />machine and have selected one that will cost $299. We would now ask for <br />Board approval to install a dedicated phone line to connect it to. We request <br />permission to transfer funds from the money left in the capital account to a <br />phone account in order to pay for the phone service for the remainder of the <br />year. <br />Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the Board approve acquiring the <br />dedicated phone line and making the necessary transfer of the budgeted funds. <br />MARCH 10, 1998 <br />• <br />-13- 60JK 1-01- FAu- 5'a1. <br />
