UL <br />SOOK 1-04 PA <br />WHEREAS, local zoning issues are certainly a matter which can be handled better by <br />local courts than by the federal judiciary; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board hereby <br />goes on record in support of keeping local jurisdiction in local zoning matters and in <br />opposition to Bill HR #1534. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert, and the motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Ginn, and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman John W.
