Duo Employment for Janice Caldwell and Her Replacement <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of March 6, 1998: <br />To: Board of County Commissioners <br />From: Alice E. White <br />Executive Aide <br />Date: March 6, 1998 <br />Subject: Duo -employment for Janice Caldwell and her replacement <br />As you know, Janice Caldwell will be retiring effective June 25, 1998. 1 am <br />requesting duo -employment for her and her replacement from May 15 to June <br />25, or a period of 6 weeks, so that she can do the training. We will be training <br />two other new persons in the office between March 23 and June 25, so it will <br />be of extreme benefit if Janice can train her replacement during that -6 week <br />period. Since the other Administrative Secretary II position has been vacant <br />for two months, there should be enough money in the budget to cover the cost <br />of funding the duo -employment for the 6 week period. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved duo - <br />employment for Janice Caldwell and her replacement from May <br />15 to June 25 (6 weeks), as requested in the Memorandum. <br />7.F.
