<br />Street right-of-way lying between
<br />Lot 8, Block D and lot 1, Block C,
<br />Royal Poinciana Park Unit 3 as
<br />recorded in Plat Book 5, page 40
<br />of the public records of Indian
<br />River County, Florida.
<br />A public hearing at which par-
<br />ties in interest and citizens shall
<br />have an opportunity to be heard,
<br />will be held by the Board of
