ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously authorized the <br />Chairman to execute the Water/Wastewater, Reclaimed Water <br />and Sludge Rate Study, Professional Services Contract and <br />authorized the Department to proceed with the rate study <br />project, as recommended and requested in the Memorandum. <br />Commissioner Ginn commented that the Utilities Advisory Committee had spent a lot <br />of time on this topic. <br />CONTRACT IS ON FILE IN THE <br />OFFIC.E OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />U.B.
