Authorize the Chairman to execute the attached Release and Discharge <br />of that easement dated November 18, 1988 and recorded in O.R. Book <br />837 at Page 1455, Public Records of Indian River County. <br />2. �„ Accept a grant of easement from Michael A. Dees and Angela M.
