Commissioner Adams asked the width of 24' Avenue, and Director Keating advised <br />that it is presently only a 30' right-of-way. <br />Vice Chairman Macht observed that there was commercial activity along the road of <br />the subject property. <br />Commissioner Eggert thought the community would like this to be done. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in <br />this matter.
