• <br />Director Dean stated that the last sentence of the Recommendation in the <br />Memorandum should be deleted in light of the withdrawal of Sun -Up. In response to <br />Commissioner Eggert's inquiry, he confirmed that this was satisfactory to Children's Home <br />Society. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved a 10 - <br />year lease for the property at 6580 U.S. 1 to Children's Home <br />Society with a clause for automatic cancellation of the lease (no <br />additional extension) if the facility is not in operation with the <br />specified program within six (6) months from the date of <br />execution of the lease, as recommended by staff in the <br />Memorandum. <br />LEASE WILL BE PLACED ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />WHEN EXECUTED AND RECEIVED <br />11.G.
