0 - 0 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 98- 0 9 <br />4. Conditions may be imposed to ensure adequate mitigation or attenuation <br />of noise impacts; <br />5. Exception. An owner or occupant of a single family detached parcel or lot <br />shall not be considered to be maintaining or using said property as a <br />noncommercial kennel or animal boarding place, notwithstanding other <br />limitations stated in this section, where all four of the following conditions <br />are satisfied: <br />a. Such use does not or will not involve the primary harboring or <br />keeping of more than two (2) animals edw than widin outside the <br />principal residential dwelling; and <br />b. Such use does not or will not involve the placement or construction <br />of an outside animal kennel boarding structure or kennel cage of <br />any kind for more than two (2) animals; and <br />C. The owner or occupant has complied with any applicable animal <br />control statute or ordinance with respect to the vaccination, <br />licensing, registration, and restraint of the animals intended to be, <br />or being, kept on such property; and <br />d. Such use does not or will not involve the keeping of more than a <br />total of six (6) such animals, not counting litters of young less than <br />the age of four (4) months on-site. <br />7, MAILED NOTICE REQUIREMENTS: REGULAR MAIL VS. CERTIFIED <br />MAIL <br />Amend LDR Section 902.12(4)(b)2. as follows: <br />2. Mailed notice; posted notice. Additionally, the community development <br />department shall .send ,by regular mail a written <br />courtesy notice to all owners of property within three hundred (300) feet of the <br />outer limits of the area described in the petition requesting a change, advising all <br />such owners as shown upon the last prepared and completed tax assessment roll of <br />the county, in simple terms, the proposed change and the time and place of the <br />public hearing. In the event that more than ten (10) lots or parcels are proposed <br />for rezoning, notification shall be by published notice only. For rezoning requests <br />the community development department shall erect and conspicuously place upon <br />the subject property at least one notice which shall contain the following <br />information: <br />Map of property which is the subject of the rezoning petition; <br />b. Present zoning and requested rezoning classification; and <br />C. Dates of scheduled hearings. <br />8. RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARK OCCUPANCY TEM PERIOD, <br />ALLOWANCE FOR CARPORTS AND PORCHES, AND SETBACKS <br />Amend CRVP zoning district regulations LDR sections 911.13(1)(e)3 and 4, and <br />911.13(1)(f), as follows: <br />911.13(1)(e)3. Use limitations.
