<br />The Board of County Commission-
<br />ers of Indian River County hereby
<br />gives notice of a PUBLIC HEAR-
<br />ING DATE CHANGE from May
<br />26, 1998 (as originally advertised)
<br />to lune 2, 1996. The rescheduled
<br />PUBLIC HEARING is to be hold at
<br />9.05 am. on lune 2, 1998 in the
<br />County Commission Chambers of
<br />We County Administration Building,
<br />located at 1840 25th Street, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida. The subject of the
<br />hwty is a proposal. by the
<br />Horizon/Glen Outlet Canters Lim -
<br />Bed to expand the project known
<br />as the Horizon Outlet Center. The
<br />project proposes to expand the
<br />existing 333,000 square feet of
<br />retail building area by adding
<br />approximately 320,000 square
<br />feet of additional retail and restou-
<br />rant building area, 280 hotel
<br />rooms, a 12 screen cinerea, a 9
<br />hale golf course and accessory
<br />facilities, and 3 acres of
<br />recreation/amusement uses. The
<br />total D.R.I. site area, Including the
<br />area of existing development, con-
<br />sists of +.183 acres located on the
<br />wrest sidp of 1-95, south of SR 60
<br />($ee location map).
<br />All documents pertaining to this
<br />D.R.I. request are filed in the Indian
<br />River County Planning Division,
<br />2nd floor of the County Adminis-
<br />tration Building, located at 1640
<br />25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida.
<br />Documents may be reviewed by
<br />members of the public during nor-
<br />mal business horn. All members of
<br />the public aro invited to attend and
<br />participate in the public hearing.
