She felt that they should proceed with extraordinary care. <br />Debate continued at length between Commissioner Ginn and Vice Chairman Macht. <br />Commissioner Adams thought the Board had to remember that we have a committee <br />charged with the responsibility to bring back recommendations to the Board of County <br />Commissioners. Regardless, the time to address it is when they bring it back to the Board <br />and we should not intervene in the budget process underway. Each committee has their tasks <br />and we may or may not agree with their recommendations. She suggested that <br />Commissioner Ginn let the process move forward and deal with problems when the <br />committee brings their recommendations to them. She thought that was the time to do it, that <br />now was not the appropriate time. <br />Commissioner Ginn still did not agree. She felt that her greatest fears have been <br />realized. <br />Chairman Tippin ruled that there would be no public discussion on this item. <br />NO ACTION TAKEN. <br />14.A.
