Community Development Director Bob Keating reviewed the Memorandum with the <br />aid of the ELMO. He explained that this Comp Plan amendment is an exception to the twice <br />a year limitation and is allowed by State law under the "small scale amendment process". <br />There are 3 parcels to be rezoned to accommodate a packing house expansion. This does not <br />entail an expansion of the node but does alter the boundaries of the node, with no increase <br />in intensity of use. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard <br />regarding this matter.
