UW -96 -17 -DS <br />RESOLUTION IV - FINAL ASSESSMENT <br />BACKGROUND <br />On February 4, 1997, the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners <br />approved Resolution III (97-10) for the preliminary assessment roll on the <br />above -referenced project. Construction of the project has been completed. <br />Customer connections have begun, and we request the Board of County <br />Commissioners' approval of the final assessment roll.
