By satisfying these requirements, he would be able to turn <br />over his entire square footage in the County Administration Building to the Board of County <br />Commissioners. He suggested there might bean advantage in structuring the advertising and <br />public hearings to also include the Vero Mall (US#1 at 12' Street) since the Board is <br />considering purchasing and utilizing that building for the County's new administration <br />building. <br />County Attorney Vitunac counseled the Commissioners on advertising requirements <br />and time parameters and the Commissioners discussed their preferences on a date for the first <br />hearing. <br />CONSENSUS was reached to hold the first hearing on August 18, 1998. The second <br />hearing would be held on September 1, 1998. <br />Chairman Tippin advised that they would all return for the Budget Workshop at 1:30 <br />p.m. There being no further business, upon motion duly made and seconded, the Chairman <br />adjourned the meeting at 10:15 a.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />Jeffrey. .
