TO: Members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners <br />DATE: July 22, 1998 <br />SUBJECT: AUTHORIZE THE MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET <br />DIRECTOR TO DO THE NECESSARY AMENDMENTS <br />FOR BALANCING THE BUDGET FOR THE 1997/98 <br />FISCAL YEAR <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />FROM: Joseph A. Bair <br />OMB Director <br />The 1997/98 fiscal year ends September 30, 1998. All budget amendments must be done prior to <br />the close of the fiscal year to be in proper compliance. <br />I would like the Board of County Commissioners to authorize the Management and Budget Director <br />to do the necessary budget amendments for balancing the budget for the 1997/98 fiscal year. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously authorized the <br />Office of Management and Budget Director to do the necessary <br />budget amendments for balancing the budget for the 1997/98 <br />fiscal year, as requested in the Memorandum. <br />U.
