BOOK 106 FAGF <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in <br />this matter. <br />John Dean, architect for the project, advised that he was present to answer any <br />questions and assured the Board that everything possible had been done to meet all the <br />criteria. <br />It was determined that no one else wished to be heard and the Chairman closed the <br />public hearing. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Vice Chairman Macht, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Ginn, to approve staff's recommendation. <br />Chairman Tippin remarked on how popular bed and breakfasts have become. <br />Vice Chairman Macht thought the bed and breakfast idea was great, especially with <br />the shortage of hotel rooms in the area for tourists, and more were needed.
