<br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida,
<br />will consider the adoption of a county ordinance rezoning land within
<br />the unincorporated portions of Indian River County. The subject property
<br />is owned by Orchid Place, LTD. A public hearing at which parties in
<br />interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, will be held
<br />on Tuesday, August 25, 1998 at 9:05 a.m. in the County Commission
