BOOK DO pAcE <br />ANALYSIS <br />The total compensation per the original developer's agreement is $29,308.95. <br />(Please reference the attached copy of the approved developer's agreement.) <br />Based on the outlined agreement, the final cost breakdown is as follows: <br />Total construction cost <br />Grace's Landing portion <br />Total Indian River County <br />$ 65,131.00 <br />35,822.05 <br />$ 29,308.95 <br />Reimbursement shall be per the original approved amount of $29,308.95. <br />Payment has been made in the amount of $26,378.06, which represents 90%. <br />We are now prepared to release the final 10% retainage. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners approve the attached final pay request in the amount of <br />$2,930.89 and authorize the chairman to execute same as presented. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously (4-0, Vice <br />Chairman Macht absent) approved the final pay request in the <br />amount of $2,930.89 from Grace's Landing and authorized the <br />Chairman to execute same as presented, as recommended in the <br />Memorandum. <br />FINAL PAY REQUEST WILL BE ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />WHEN EXECUTED AND RECEIVED <br />11.H.3.
